How to Order Custom Rally Towels: A Simple Checklist

Ordering custom towels is simple when you have the right details ready. This checklist covers what to send, how far ahead to plan, and the mistakes that slow orders down.

What to have ready

• Your logo or artwork. The best files are vector (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF) or a large, sharp PNG. A phone photo of a shirt works for a first mockup, but a clean file prints better.
• Colors. Your team or brand colors. If you know the exact color codes, include them.
• Text. Team name, slogan, event name, date, or player names, spelled exactly how you want them.
• Towel type. Rally, golf, cooling, beach, or something custom.
• Quantity. An estimate is fine to start. Larger quantities lower the price per towel.
• Date you need them. The game, event, or tournament date, plus where they're shipping.

How the order works

1. Send your details. Email or call us with the checklist above.
2. Get a free mockup. We'll show you exactly how the towel will look, with a quote.
3. Request changes. Adjust colors, text, or layout until it's right.
4. Approve and pay. Once you approve, your order goes into production.
5. Print and ship. We print, inspect, pack, and ship to your door.

How far ahead to order

Plan ahead, especially for playoffs, tournaments, and holidays when many teams order at once. Reach out as soon as you know the date. We'll tell you our current turnaround and whether rush production is available.

Mistakes that slow orders down

• Blurry logos. Small images from websites or social media look fuzzy when printed big. Ask whoever made your logo for the original file.
• Text that's too small. Rally towels are seen from a distance. Keep words short and large.
• Waiting on approvals. Decide who approves the design before you start, so the mockup doesn't sit in someone's inbox.
• Typos. Double-check names, dates, and spelling on the mockup. What you approve is what we print.
